This bidirectional inverter is a three-active bridge design, using two NXP MC56F81768MLH digital signal controllers for overall control. MPS and Nanochip drivers are used to drive the switch tubes. The battery-side switch tube is from Infineon, model IPP023N10N5, the high-voltage MOS tube is from Optoelectronics, model SJMN099R60ZSW, and the IGBT is from Trino, model TGH40N65F2DS.
