Nano Bioelectronics System Engineering

Education
Sung June KIM received the B. S. degree in electronics engineering from Seoul National University in 1978 and the M. S. and Ph. D. degrees from Cornell University, Ithaca, N. Y., USA in 1981 and 1983, respectively. His dissertation was on Bioelectronics.
Career
He had been with the AT&T Bell Laboratories as a member of the technical staff from 1983 to 1989, where he had worked on VLSI design and technologies, and InP based OptoElectronic IC technologies. In 1989, he joined the Interuniversity Semiconductor Research Center.
